Murder was the case that they gave me

Omg I'm 30 weeks pregnant. That's, like, 10 weeks away from full term. That's, like, only 2 months. And cut valley girl accent...

So, looks like I do have gestational diabetes. That bites my ass like you wouldn't believe. I have a class Monday to learn all about it and how to draw blood from my finger 4 times a day. Yay.

On a lighter note, heh, I am so pissed that I missed the State of the Union speech. I TiVo'd it, but the recording didn't work or something (even though I watched part of the recording that night so that doesn't make sense). Then the TiVo didn't even work when I recorded the Daily Show with Jon Stewart the next night to at least laugh at what he had to say about it. I only got the Colbert Report, which is fine, but I really wanted Jon's take. Anyway, I'm sure I can find a video of it online, I just would rather chill in bed watching it than at my computer.

On a heavier note, I was surprisingly shocked by this story. Some soldiers murdered some detainees in Iraq because they were ordered to?? How A Few Good Men is that? But, this is worse, at least in the movie the kid died by accident. I obviously don't know the stress and other conditions to which our soldiers are subjected, but goodness that's sad.

On a random note, I think I should title my posts with songs more often. I like that. Lines from songs go through my head constantly anyway.
