The Baby is Here!

The baby has arrived and we've been doing our best to take care of him over the last week on our own. My parents couldn't stay with us as planned, but in a way I'm glad because this way we probably learned faster about what to do (not that we're done learning or anything!).

He is soooooooo cute...lotsa hair. He was 9 pounds 2 ounces! Luckily I didn't have to go through labor :) I was worried he wouldn't fit into his newborn clothes, but he is just fine and is going through them like anything. For now, we do just one load of baby laundry per day. That may change, though. We're doing alright on sleep. Naps are important. Ted, I, and the wall of the baby room have all been peed on. I think only I have been spit up on so far. I've taken a billion pictures and we have some good video, like of his first outing (I had to get my c-section incision checked).

Well, theres so much to say about everything so far, it's hard to decide what to say, so I'll stop now :)
