I'm Coming Out

I can see it now...the baby singing I'm Coming Out as he is removed from his snug little home. Yes, removed. I won't be induced, but will be having a C-section today!!! It turns out that my body is not at all in a state conducive to being successfully induced and the doctor didn't recommend that we even try. I'm cool with that. I can't wait to have my body back under my own control and for things to finally change. Being able to sleep on my back, being able to pee with more than 15 minutes having gone by before the last time, being able to eat yummy food (mmmm, Indian food, brownies, ice cream, fruit, gatorade, pizza...ya know all the things I shouldn't eat either because they're bad for me or have a lot of sugar), being able to walk up the stairs without having to think about all the things I'm bringing up at the same time so I don't have to make the trip again...the list goes on. Oh yeah, I'll have a cute little baby, too :)

Sigh...I can't sleep. I only got about 5 hours and I feel like I got none. I have to go the hospital in 4 hours! And I can't eat so I'm starving.

It's been an interesting experience, and on the whole, not bad. No predictions on plans for another...I'll just stick with this one at the moment :)
