I just added a link to my links area: Wikipedia. I had actually been there before while searching for different terms, but didn't bother to get the details of the site. Anyway, it's a pretty awesome idea. You can find pretty much anything there and can edit pretty much anything on it. I think it is sort of a testament to human solidarity. The site has problems with "vandalism", or people screwing around in the articles, but for the most part looks legit and trustworthily informative.
I feel extremely out of touch with all things computers and Internet. I used to be interested enough to be up on these things, but life has gotten so complicated (and/or I have made it so). Blogging is another perfect example. I now aim to redeem myself. I remember loving the idea of Project Gutenberg and actually going there to read parts of classic literature (okay so I never read anything there in its entirety, but attempted to read The Divine Comedy by Dante several times). Looks like its been updated nicely since I last visited.
